June 07 – Day 1
Arrival at Leh airport, to be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. Check in to the hotel for a complete day of rest wherein welcome tea and coffee will be served by the Hotel. Lunch will be served at 2.00 PM, after lunch visit Tsemo Gompa, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa and drop at Leh market (walk to hotel). Overnight Hotel.
June 08 – Day 2
Early morning at 5AM, drive to Chokhang (Gompa Soma) for chanting. Come back to the hotel for breakfast and then visit Khardongla pass (18000 ft).
Krav Maga Training @ Khardungla Pass which is World’s Highest Motorised Road.
Return Leh in the evening. Evening free. Overnight Hotel.
June 09 – Day 3
After breakfast drive for to Nimmo for White water rafting on Zanskar River combined with Conditioning and Strength Training with Natural Resources.
Enroute visit Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Hall of Fame museum and Sangam (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus River). Back to Leh by evening. Overnight Hotel.
June 10 – Day 4
Visit to local monasteries of Leh like Shey, Thiksey, Hemis and Stok Palace combined with Krav Maga training at the monasteries. Overnight Hotel.
June 11- Day 5
06,00 hrs. Transfer to airport and fly back to Delhi with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

- Background in the martial arts, preferably in striking arts. One need to have trained in Krav-Maga for a number of years, although knowledge of the system is desirable. The amount of background in martial arts are could vary. It is not the number of year, but the proficiency in the art that is important.
- Age – over 20
- Good physical condition / fitness.
- Character certificate / No criminal record.
- The desire to teach. The program is not recommended for people who only want to train
